Founded by Brittany L. Wilson, BSN, RN, MHI, Inventana’s mission is to reignite the self-esteem that fuels all confidence, creativity, and success. Brittany blends psychobiology, neuropsychology, and lived neuroscience — with a dash of humor and a whole lot of heart — to help people open the pathways to joy, creativity, and self-worth.

After a tumor was removed at age six, leaving her without a pituitary gland—the brain’s master conductor of hormones, emotion, cognition, and vitality—she has spent her life navigating the delicate art and science of hormonal balance. Those experiences, shaped by both breakthroughs and missteps in modern medicine, gave her a firsthand understanding of how physiology influences emotion, resilience, and human behavior.

Brittany's journey through and beyond toxic patterns — in relationships, workplaces, and systems — gave her a deep compassion for human complexity and a fierce belief in the power of renewal.

Through her signature frameworks, foundational courses, and coaching for reinvention, Brittany transforms the science of self-esteem into tools for real-world healing. She empowers individuals and organizations to step into their full potential and shine from the inside out.
